And that took forever...

Harvard's second guy also beat Lawi Lalang. How about that.
Lalang must be just starting to train for xc would be my guess. Probably took some time off after a long season. Or he's hurt again.
Good grief people...
Didn't Lalang run 3:33 and 13-flat over the summer?
Don't read anything into some random cross country race.
Dartmouth men came in ranked #27. Here is how their boys finished.
21. 539 Dartmouth ( 24:25 2:02:01 0:25)
=================================================================
1 73 John Bleday SR 24:11
2 93 Silas Talbot JR 24:20
3 102 Henry Sterling SR 24:23
4 126 Steve Mangan SR 24:31
5 145 Will Geoghegan SR 24:36
6 (177) Curtis King SO 24:50
7 (200) Dylan O'Sullivan JR 25:02
wisco was ranked 20th coming in... they finished 4th.
BOOM
That's what makes it fun. If he toes the line, it's a W.
Also, Harvard was the only school in the race to have two runners finish ahead of Lalang. Not Arkansas, not NAU, not Wisconsin.
That's two runners who have run races that put them in the discussion for individuals at NCAA's: Leakos at Paul Short and Korolev today.
Update: Full results are now up:

Men's race has been over for more than an hour and still nor official results up on the web. Thankfully Mike Scott is on twitter:

Kemoy Campbell won the men's race but Harvard's Maksim Korolev was 2nd - not Lawi Lalang. Korolev is a very interesting story. Remember he is the guy who was lapped 2 or 3 times at NCAAs last year in the 10,000 and also totally lost it at Heps xc (faded from contending to win to 22nd but then made NCAAs):

Dartmouth's D'Agostino set a course record to win the women's.
It's a shame the Wisco people don't get someoene capable of producing live results like the Pre-Nats people.
And it looks like FInerty had an off day.

Dartmouth Women..amazing, they even beat Washington! So where are all the Mark Coogan critics now?
What happened to Duke women (25th)...they were suppose to be one of the top ranked teams this year?[quote]real_ivy_is_green wrote:

Ha ha. Again and again.
Why do you have to have live results? Is it really that important that you can't wait 30 minutes?
Bernie Montoya just broke my school record placing 150th. How accurate is this course?
