European guy runs 7:32... DIRTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WHICH ONE IS IT GUYS?
Well Rupp has very good progression, coming from a very fast Prep runner with progress nearly every year. Galens biggest drops come after he graduates the NCAA system, but that is very logical. Yet he still ran 27:33, 13:18 & 7:44 while in college.

There is one obvious flaw in this line of thinking that no one realizes.
Rupp has always been on drugs. Maybe not when he stepped out of HS, but since he was a SR in HS maybe. Started off with simple things like pills and advanced to shots.
He's been with Salazar since the beginning.
The fact is that most times we can see progression because we can normally safely assume no one is on EPO or the like when they are in HS. It's too risky, not a lot of reward, hard to do, etc.
But with him being coached by Salazar since HS, it changes the picture. We can generally assume that a HS coach isn't going to do that stuff to an athlete.
Salazar eliminates those variables, just like a state sponsored system does.
So the Rupp progression thing is different. Very different
And HS doping is more common than you think. Just look at all those positives from the Turkish junior teams.
