Can someone please tell me the difference between the Nike LunaRacer+3 and the Nike LunarSpeedLite+2. I'm currently training in the Pegasus 30 and I want to try something lighter for intervals and racing...primarily 5k up to the half marathon.

The Lunar Racer 3 is a couple ounces lighter and is completely neutral. The Lunarspeed Lite is more of a light weight trainer that offers a slight bit of support.
Both are pretty cushioned and would be a good option for speedwork/ races coming from the pegasus.

Another difference is the midsole. The Lunaracers have all had the softer lunar midsoles, and the Lunaracer 3 is no exception. It's big improvement over the earlier models is the upper; the earlier ones were very narrow, but the version 3 can accomodate normal width feet.
The Lunarspeed lite is almost mis-named, as it does not have the squishy midsole as most with the lunar name; the midsole is actually quite firm. The shoe does run a bit narrow though.
