Make me feel better. I can't understand why I always compare myself to you people.

And I bet 2/3 of that goes to alimony and your 5k pr is only 18:XX!
I "make" less than half of you and currently run about 1/10 what you do. If course I'm probably 2-3 times your age.
You need to bump up your mileage and take a part time job?
Also, how hot is your wife?
Yeah, I make a cool 5 million and I have several world records and I feel so inadequate!

You are more like the typical letsrunner...except for the age thing.

It's OK as long as you are a real man.
Nobody really cares how far you run. Race times are all that matter. But $160,000 is a respectable salary, even by LRC standards. It's not even a bad 2-person household income for recent college graduates. Hell, Flagpole Willie and his wife never earned that much, and they are on pace to retire at 60, owning their modest home in the midwest.

The median HOUSEHOLD income in the U.S. is 55,000 or so.....
And the median weekly mileage in the U.S. is less than 1.

My wife and I together make less than you do, though we do live in a low-cost of living area of the country.
Also, in my PRIME, I was running 90-140 MPW (mostly closer to the 90-110 MPW range), but today at age 47, I am pretty much a non runner. I ran a mile in July just to see how it would be, and even though I didn't go all out, I ran right on 8 minutes and it was tough; I was ready to be done. For a variety of reasons, I'm actually in the most sloth-like period of my life and have been for the last year or so. Time for that to change.
BUT, I will never make $160,000 a year, and I will never run even 50 MPW again, let alone your fake 170 MPW. So, good show, brother. You're doing better than me on those two fronts.
