Which shoes would be better to become acclimated to "full-time" training in - Newtons, or flats?
The more I think about it, the more I feel that Newtons might be worse, because the lugs allow your feet to land slightly more rigidly, while flats would force your feet to be a little more active. But the idea of doing all my runs in flats is scarier. I've read stories supporting both. Any opinions on this?
