The Gel-Nimbus has been very good to my achilles for the last year. But the forefoot area is sort of tender. I used to run in the Nike structure without any problems before someone told me to switch to neutral because of my orthotics.
Suggestions?

C'mon, stop the stalking.
no. If anything Asics are the one show that never got me injured. Nike was good pre 2003 or so but they are the absolute WORST when it comes to trainers now. The structures have gone to hell. Adidas is awful and brooks is aight.
I ran on a pair of Asics foundations for over 1000 miles and never had an inkling of injury. Compare that to the nike structures where I can get injured off just 50 miles.
I'm partial to the Cumulus, no problems. Former Nike guy.
