I'm going into my senior season for XC and plan to build up to ~80-85 mpw over the summer. Last track season was good and I ran around 50-60 per week.
I currently do all my training (easy runs, workouts) in the Kinvara 3, but I'm looking to add another shoe to rotate it with. I want one with good cushioning, but don't want to feel as if it is too clunky and controlling, so I'm debating:
1) Saucony Ride
2) Nike Air Pegasus
Any advice on which one is would be better for me? The Ride has an 8mm heel to toe and doesn't have as much cushion, while the Pegasus seems like it would be too much on my foot.
Thanks for the help!
