I run in the brooks cadence and newton motion. Would it be possible to run in the kinvara 4's?
I have run in the original pure flows for probably the last 20 pairs of shoes. I hate the pure flow 2. I was forced to find a new shoe and love the kinvara 4. I'd say it's a lighter version of a pure flow. similar support but less toe. They are extremely light weight. The cadence is heavy for me...
if the upper hasn't changed from the 3's, expect them to last just as long (as in 1/2 the time the 1's lasted)

Really? I found the opposite. The upper on my 1s and 2s would always tear, but I actually never had a pair of 3s tear. The upper is different on the 4, but I can't really say with certainty how it will hold up yet.
