If they can strip a medal from the girl in the Olympic gymnastics compitition for taking cold medicine or whatever it was, why do they allow this athlete to maintain his medal and championship title for taking a medication that contains steroids for his asthma? Do the compititions differ in rules? Olympic versus Commonwealt or are you allowed to take asthma treatments with steroids?

to a B2 adrenergic receptor, and opens the lungs when
inhaled from a canister.
In pill form it would have a stimulant effect.
