I have been running in Mizuno Inspire's with blue superfeet insoles for support. I was originally in the Elixir for everyday training but got IT problems beacuse it wasn't supportive enough. I had to take time off but now am running fine with the correct shoes. I have a few tune up races in the next three weeks, and I recently bought a pair of mizuno musha's to use on the roads (races are 5k and 10k). just wondering, should i put the superfeet in the mushas or no? any pros or cons?
