What is the fit like vs the original vics? I'd like to order online and not have to try on stuff

Exact same sizing, just a more comfortable feel all around. there's more substance to the upper material. go with the size you would wear in original vics.
Okay. More questions. I'm running the 800 and some 4x4 and maybe a couple miles this year. I have the og vics, the plate is a little worn but the upper is fine. Unfortunately, I got an achilles injury this preseason and I don't want to aggravate it. Should I go for the updated vics or get mambas and use them in tandem, or is the mamba not aggressive enough?
My achilles hasn't hurt with 55s pace sprinting in trainers, but I'm worried...
If you want to sell your og's tell me. I'm size 10
I have elites and I don't think they fit the same. You might want to go half a size up. With the OG vics I was wearing at the beginning of the season I had to wear socks for a good fit, and they were a bit long. I can comfortably go sockless with elites of the same size.

I'd be shocked if the spikes you wear in a 2 minute race once a week would make a noticeably difference in aggravating your injury. Go with the Vic 2s on the basis that when you're fully healthy, they will be your best bet for the 800 and they'll be decent for the 400.
