Every time I get new shoes, the first week of running is miserable because the bottoms of my forefoot get irritated. As I ware down the shoe a little bit it feels better. Usually takes about 100 miles to feel normal again.
I know this is a fairly insignificant problem that can be toughed out, but the irritation can be severe and if anyone has any solutions/ ideas I would be open to anything. FWIW, I wear Wave Precisions.
