I have a preview up on my blog and I've put a few miles on them since then. Either my bio-mechanics have gotten better or they are more cushioned than even I was expecting. I mean in a good way, as Mizuno tends towards the firmer side to begin with. Just ran an interval workout in them and for kicks I made the first 400m a casual time trial. Ended up breaking my record without even going 100%. I love the "run fast" feeling I get out of them but I'm definitely going to have to reserve these for 5K races and occasional speedwork. My bio-mechanics just aren't there yet to handle the stress from them as a daily trainer over even 2 miles.
