I need a new pair of shoes. Due to some injuries I need to get a mild stability shoe. I need something that has a heel drop of 9mm or less and weighs 11oz or less. I need this for an everyday training shoe. Any recomendations?

Lots to chose from, I'm currently back in Asics DS trainer, Asics went back to the old design. Only complaint is it only comes in yellow with black lines, but love the shoes so will live with it. Also fan of Saucony Mirage. Others I've tried Mizuno Elixer, Brooks Ravenna and the one in the Pure Project line, can't think of name, and Adidas Tempo
Just got a pair of Altras. Ugly shoe, but they feel great. Zero drop, enough cushioning to run on pavement.
I second the Brooks Pure line. The Flow is light weight and has 4mm drop. I'm thinking it is a neutral shoe though but they have a stability shoe in that line.
The Kinvara might work also.
adidas adizero tempo is the way to go
Asics DS Trainer is perfect other than it's close to 10 oz. The very similar discontinued SkySpeed would also work (even though they call it a neutral shoe -- it's not) and can be found for cheap on runningwarehouse. The Ravenna has a decently low weight but feels like a regular big trainer and not a performance trainer.

I run in the tempos - not sure about the heel drop and too lazy to look it up, but I like the shoe. Narrow though.
I actually use it for tempos and some hill work instead of racing shoes - it feels fast.
Saucony Proguide 5 or 6 (8mm drop)
even lighter?
Fastwitch (4mm drop)

Yeah, the one with a bit of pronation control is the Pure Cadence. Haven't tried the Cadence as I need neutral shoes, but am a big fan of the Flow too so I'd say it's worth a shot.
SAucony Mirage, Asics DS Trainer (this year's model...not from the past few years), Adidas Tempo or Mana, Brooks Pure Cadence, New Balance 1190
I would look at the Brooks Pure Cadence or the Saucony Mirage. Both are 4mm drop, lightweight but have light stability features.
+1 for the ds trainer

OP, it's amazing how little people know about shoes.
The listed models at least meet your criteria. Don't listen to these idiots.
"Training shoes"
1) Saucony Guide 6
2) NB 870v2
DS Trainer is a 10mm drop, so is the Ravenna, so those are out.
You could also go with more "minimal" (I hate that word) stuff like....
PureCadence
Saucony Mirage
Go with the Saucony Fasttwitch, Brooks Pure Cadence, or Brooks Racer STs (which the heel drop is barely noticeable).
