If you're running that much, you are probably biomechanically efficient enough that you'll be ok in most shoes. I agree with the recommendation to alternate. Maybe two or three pairs of fairly different shoes, to ensure a different footstrike and thus different strengthening of the feet on different runs.
I'm 140 lbs, run a lot, and for my easy and long runs I alternate between
-Adidas Tempo
-Mizuno Precision
-New Balance 890
-Nike Structure
It's a mix of neutral/stability, lightweight/standard, different levels of firmness. I find it works well for me. It's an investment up front but you'll extend the life of your shoes by a fair amount. When I was running 100 mpw in the same shoe for every run, they'd be done after 500, but now I'm getting 700-800 miles per pair since I'm not on them every day.
For workouts I use the Streak LT.
