I'm a freshman in college. In high school I always wore Nike Streak LT (formerly Streak XC) racing flats for workouts (most of which were run on grass), but I have decided that I need a slightly more cushioned flat for some of the longer tempo workouts I run on pavement these days. My friend has the Adidas Adios but I found the heel on those to be a little too chunk and the shoe felt clunky overall. Anyone have any suggestions of flats that would be a little more cushioned but still fit snugly and feel flexible? I'm considering trying the Nike Streak 4. According to the last Running Times cover, Ritz wears them, so they must be decent, right? :) Any input is appreciated. Thanks.
