The wrist-watch-wearing general public almost universally wears the face of the watch on the outside, but this could also be influenced by the fashion/image associated with wearing a nice watch.
Is there any reason why some runners wear their running watches on the inside of the wrist? It seems more difficult to press the buttons that way.
