Previous training shoes were adidas adios 2 and nike streak xc. Looking for opinions on the above shoes for trainers. I need something that's durable; I imagine the Streak 4 isn't the most durable one out there. Suggestions?

Streak 4 actually looks pretty durable. There's a solid amount of rubber on there. I've actually heard the upper usually goes first on those.
Some other suggestions that'd probably be worth looking at are the Lunar Racer or New Balance 1400. Both solid racers that are similar to the Adios.
If your looking for something closer the the streak xc I'd go with the saucony type a5.

I love the Ronin. Except they've changed the "4" edition a bit, which is less to my liking.
Also, I do almost all of my running on grass and trails, so... not sure how well it would handle lots of road running.
But the Ronin (2, 3, and now 4) has been my shoe for a few years. Light, responsive, but still some arch support and a little bit of cushioning.
