I need shoe help. I have been running in the Saucony Kinvara for about a year now (before this I was a loyal Brooks Adrenaline runner). I was never injured in the Adrenaline but wanted to try the whole "minimalist" thing. At first I felt great, my form felt better and I felt "smoother" when I ran. For the last 3 months however, I have been getting nagging injuries. First, both achilles were hurting after a run and every morning. Now, I feel like I have strained my hamstring. My mileage is not high (35 - 40 mpw). I do over-pronate and have narrow flat feet.
So, should I try to stick it out with the Kinvara, or switch back to the Brooks Adrenaline?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
