I strongly believe that this will expose both Ryan and Canova. Both are good but not great and those are the results I expect.
Coach Canova is now the new messiah for US distance running, if only Alan Webb was the next disciple.
Canova has been coaching for a long time and he knows his shit. But - I think the biggest problem will be communication. Canova doesn't have the best english.
Is Hall going to be based in Kenya for training? Renato what are the goals for Ryan and where do you see him going from here?
Will he be training with Mosop now?

This is what I'm interested in as well. I'd love to see him race one fully healthy off a strong training block (without a tailwind) and truly see what he's capable of.

How would this expose BOTH as only 'good'? How can you look past all of Canova's other athletes and base your judgement solely on how Ryan performs?
