I've got about 250 miles on my GoRuns and they're holding up pretty well. I should be able to get 500-600 out of them. Shoe wise, they're similar to the Nike Free I think. The toebox is pretty roomy and the insoles are built in, which is my major gripe with the shoe. I'd recommend them if you like flexible shoes.
I bought a pair recently. I've only run in them twice so far. They feel strange with the thick cushion in the middle of the foot but so far so good.

I've ran in Nikes all my life. Still will as I rotate through about 5 pairs of shoes. I won a pair of GoRun's in a raffle, and wow, I will continue to buy those too.
It feels different as the shoe forces you to run on your midfoot. I don't think it's real possible to land on your heels in those.
They do feel great and are close to the frees based on feel.
If you are open to a light shoe, definitely give these a try.

Do you also go by the name Meb Keflezighi?
I have about 100mi on a pair. I actually like them for short/recovery runs. I've had probs with heel bursitis due to my heel strike, so on short runs, these really do help me concentrate on my form. Seem to wear well so far.
Have had a pair for over a year. Had to get a running store to cut down the medial toebox initially because you it ran a little narrow and rubbed bit they are nice and light. I used to wear them a lot more until my feet got used to wearing new balance mt 10s, and i like them better, even for road running.
