Great job by Jordan, winning the West Regional for her first time. Great way to cap off her final year of Cross Country for Oregon. The Oregon women easily won the West Regional team championship.

Thanks for the link--wow, Oregon's *sixth* woman finishes 26th in a field of 200+!
She won regionals in 2011 and 2010, and was 2nd in 2009. She looked VERY strong though.
And their 7th woman finished 34th. With this kind of depth they have a bit of luxury in that one or two of their girls could have an off day, yet they won't slip too much.
This was a tight pack with only 23 seconds between Oregon's #2 and their #5. Hasay was on another planet.
3 hrs before the race jordan tweeted this on Flotrack....She knew something then!
Jordan Hasay @JordanHasay

Great job by Jordan, winning the West Regional for her first time. Great way to cap off her final year of Cross Country for Oregon. The Oregon women easily won the West Regional team championship.
As someone else said, she has now won this race three years in a row. Also, how does this cap her season? Is she skipping nationals?
none of this matters, D'Agostino will win Nationals by 20 seconds and finish under 19 minutes! She is simply UNSTOPPABLE!!
^^ she aint even running Nats. Jordan is King

actually she just won the northeast regional
Looks like Jordan has been sandbagging a little bit before today! So much for John Kellogg's predictions...
Dumba55 ignorant stupid fukktard idiot moronic shti for brains letsrunners didn't even have Jordan Hasay in the top 5 or 10 at Nationals a couple weeks ago. Are all you people really that dense?
No one should have lost confidence in Jordan after a few mediocre races. She knows how to bring it like it matters, has a TON of experience, and is peaking just right. With D'Agostino injured and presumably not in top form, Hasay has a good shot to pull it off...I'd put my money on Hasay over Saina/Tuliamuk/Kimaiyo in a kick
was the womens course short? times across the board look really fast. not just for the top runners, but in terms of depth. the slower teams look like everyone had big PRs, but still placed towards the back...
Jordan looked unbelievable today. Watching the race you just sensed she was going to reel in Hollander and win it. What a smart runner.
The smart runner took it easy and got 2nd place in the prelims.
12 under 20:00 and 50 under 21:00 from one region?
Yeah, that second place runner fell over after the race. Hasay looked like she hadn't even run a race!
