Really? No one knows the answer to this?
There is no standard. It just depends on what the shoe companies choose to call their shoes.
Many would question whether these categories have any meaning at all. Go by weight and how the shoes feel on your feet.
It would really help if you could define "support".
That can mean quite different things to different people.

That might at least get you some responses. I'd still say you are best off taking your current shoes to a good local specialty store so they can give you some in person, non-anonymous advice.
