Is it a reliable, comfortable shoe to last 500+ miles? Thinking of buying it instead of the Pegasus.

Bumping. Kind of in the same boat.
Or, same shoe rather.
The Zoom Elite+ has forefoot zoom air cushioning, not in the heel, so it really works well for midfoot and forefoot strikers.
I own both the Zoom Elite + and the Pegasus 29.
My Zooms have 400+ miles on them and should last another 100 or 200 miles no problem. The outsole is maybe a bit worn down, but the overall cushion and upper are fine.
The Pegasus is as advertised: a highly cushioned shoe that I mainly use for recovery runs and some of my longer long runs. It's significantly heavier than the Zoom Elite, but my quads thank me in the morning....
ok thanks. Bump
LOVE the shoe. Works great as a daily trainer, long run, tempos, you name it. Light enough for the tempos, durable enough for any surface yet light enough compared to most trainers.
Highly, highly recommend.
