No clue what my heel drop might be. Just run, baby!
I use Free Runs (12mm) for about 25% of my runs, Kinvaras (4mm) for the rest. I was using GTS 11s (12mm) but I always hurt my IT band wearing them.
for whatever reason I develop PF in 12mm training so I run in one 8mm for easy days and one 4mm for workout days. Feels much better to me running in those than the old 12s.
My 890v1 have 12mm, but those are almost done. I like those for recovery runs. Everything else I run in is 8mm-4mm.
