I'm wondering what people bring when their running? I'm new to running (this year) and I'm starting to run for 1.5 hour or more at a time. I've gathered that you shouldn't be caught dead wearing a fuel belt or fanny pack. Do most people use handhelds like Amphipod?
When I'm going for more than 2 hours I want some food. What do you bring and how do you pack it? Most of my running shorts don't even have pockets, but at the same time having a Clif bar sway around in my pocket for hours in annoying.
