I have had on and off PF for the last year. It hasn't stopped me from training, but I would like to start upping my mileage. I have pretty high arches. I normally wear a cushiony shoe (kayano). I've noticed that I pronate a bit on take-off. Any shoe recommendations? I like the kayano but I don't know if this is the best type of shoe for me. I have custom orthotics.
Would a firmer shoe be better?
A more neutral shoe?
