NB 901 or whatever those big grey ones are called.
vibrams
saucony jazz
basically anything real trendy.. most fast people I know wear a light weight trainer.
Asics 2190 or whatever they are up to now. They were the best-selling shoe at the store I worked at, which catered to beginner runners. Adrenalines were up there too. We didn't carry the Vibrams luckily, but a lot of stocky people with Crossfit shirts came in looking for them.
Caulk boots (corks for you whippersnappers). I hope they come and walk all over you.
1. Nike air max 20xx
2. Vibrams
3. Asics 21xx
Brooks Beast.
1. Anything made by Nike
2. Anything made by Nike

Beginners and fun-runners have no clue that Nike products are more about fashion than function. I won't speak to their apparrel or other shoe lines, but Nike makes absolutely the worst running shoes on the market today. (Which is too bad, really, because back in the late 70s and early 80s Nike had a few quality products available for distance runners.)

All running shoes are about fashion more than function. We are designed to be barefoot at all times. A shod foot belong to a person that bought the marketing hype.

Yeah, true.
And every major marathon winner or record holder for the past 40 years.

Actually most beginners are lured into so-called "true running shoes" like asics, saucony more because they need a ton of stability help or motion control since they are BEGINNERS! As a matter of fact Nike produces some great trainers. Go try on a pair of Lunarglide+4s or the new Pegasus... I mean unless your feet roll inward-out. Think before you bash on a company next time.
I would guess that most major marathon winners are wearing shoes because they're sponsored. If they didn't have sponsors, the majority of them would be running barefoot.
Any Nike trainers?
You're simply stupid and trolling.
Ah, no. Even the fastest wear shoes because it makes them faster. Did you miss the Olympic run events??
You have drunk the Koolaid, Vibram friend.
Read Born to Run and then get back to us, big talker.

Hahahahaha I have. Barefoot is dumb. The story was good though
lol, just having fun with you idiots.
Nikes are for basketball players who want some wicked sick sneaks to jog in. That, and they're ugly. Have you seen the zoom elite? That is a hideous shoe. Same goes for the free run.

Yes, this explains why only the runners who are sponsored where shoes, and the subelites who are without a sponsor go barefoot!
