I'm on my 3rd pair of Lunarglide 3's and I was wondering what the difference is between the 3's and 4's as I am planning to buy them for my next shoe.

The 4 is lighter and bouncier. Also the toe box is a lot less "weird" for lack of a better description. I like the 4 better than the three. On a support and weight scale, I would put this shoe between the kinvara and the lunar glide 3.
I have not.

Hmm, I never ran in kinvara's. Thanks for the response.
Is the toebox wider? The 3's were too narrow for me.

I was told that's the major difference plus they are lighter and bouncier. A great shoe was made even better.
