I've recently been off of running for a little over a week now from something i pulled towards the outside arch in my foot. For trainers, i was looking into the new balance minimus road (the 4mm, already have the 0's) or something like the nike free 3.0 V4's. Are there any more really good thin/durable shoes that could withstand a few hundred miles and track workouts? I'm a highschool runner and i need a good shoe. The nike streak xc's are too tight and the saucony kinvara's are too thick for my liking. I have flat feet that are narrow in the heels and wide in the toes sort of.
