Hi I was just wondering if anyone can recommend which compression socks they think are good for steady running to protect my calfs as I keep getting problems with tightness in them.
Thanks

CEP Compression is the best brand.
I bought some after running the London Marathon from RunBreeze....
They are really good I think! I have their anti-blister socks I definately recommend!
I think their site is
Good luck!
Ahh.....compression socks. You mean like the ones all the crossfitters are wearing?
You should try doing eccentric calf exercises 2x a day for a week and then do them 1x a day after every run, making sure you do them straight legged and also with your knee bent. Not only strengthens your calves but stretches them very well. Helps me a great deal with my calf issues.
I like medical grade compression stockings. They are sized by ankle and calf girth, not shoe size. Jobst and Sigvaris make good compression stockings, some in athletics styles.
