Last few years I've been using the MD spikes from Asics, but in my opinion they are terrible.
I like the new Adidas MDs but they are too narrow for me on the front foot, is there any similiar aggressive spikes? (800 main distance)

The Nike Victory is a great spike. Very aggressive, light weight and it has good lock down.
I've never worn the Adidas MD, but I cannot recommend the Saucony Endorphin MD3 enough if you want something aggressive. Stiff, long plate and a barely-there upper.

This
I wear the Addidas steeple spike (but it's their main distance spike, I think it is what Rudisha wears) in part because my feet are too wide for the Victory's

I have somewhat of the same problem. My feet are just a tad too wide for the Adidas MDs, but expect for that they fit perfect. I only wear Adidas running shoes aswell because of the fit. Annyoing that they make their spikes so narrow. Im a tad bow legged also, so the victory is a no go.
NB 800. I wear them, so there.
