Hello Everyone,
Has anyone experienced erratic pace reading with GPS watches on tracks?
This year I started training a bit more seriously and was building 8 milers at race pace for an Half that is a week away.
I did all my tempo runs on track, the last few days I did some miles at HM pace on the road and felt like it was a bit harder to hold the pace.
I know the turns screw up a bit the gps but I thought it would be ok as long as the average pace and time is in the ballpark.
Any toughts?
