on casual Fridays I always wear my FiveFingers but I can't wear them all the time. You start to really hate big heeled dress shoes after wearing vibrams around work.
Everyday is casual Friday for me. So along with my slacks and short sleeve plaid shirts, I wear Sperry top-siders or some kind of Clarks. Both are minimal and flexible.
Whether you should depends on how formal you have to be for your job.
If you can wear business casual, look at the Merrell Tough Glove or Merrell Barefoot Edge Glove. They wouldn't look great with a suit, but they would be fine with slightly more casual clothes.
I wear these everyday and nobody notices any different.
