Hi I have a pair of nike frees that I wear twice a week for calf development (& also because they're light, which I like for tempo runs & such. I want to move towards running in them every day, but what's the most mileage I can run in them without getting injured? Obviously it varies from person to person, but what is the most that you would do?
I'm @ appx 35mpw now, with 10 mpw being in nike frees. Eventually I plan to be in the 60s or so... all in the frees. Good or bad idea?
