destroyed by a Kenyan, just like Chris Derrick was. How long will we allow this farce to go on. These people can barely speak English.

Oh come on, these Kenyans are clearly math or physics majors. They don't have to speak English.
Funny I didn't hear any complaining when Susan Kuijken won the mile. Or when Sheila Reid (canadian) won. Or about Kim Smith (New Zealand) who holds the NCAA record won. No fussing about Karani James (Grenada) when he won. What is your point?

betsy saina's teammate semehar tesfaye from ethiopia (though went to high school in north dakota) who red shirted this season, took 28 units last semester, she majors in chemical engineering, tutors students in economics, has gotten all A grades in college. so much for the stereotype that africans just come to american colleges to run.

Yo go girl! That is awesome of Semehar!
I think it's great that these Kenyan women (and men) are able to come to the U.S. to be star runners and students. Throughout our history, America's greatest strengths have been because of our immigrants, all the way back to the revolutionary war. The educational opportunities these women (and men) are getting in the U.S. is going to open many more doors for them and help more of society (both in the U.S. and back in Kenya) than their running will.
Just because you are not born in the U.S. does not make you any less American.

If you are not an American citizen, that DOES make you less of an American.

Betsy Saina won the 5k woo hoo! I'm very happy to see her breakthrough to win the NCAA Championship.
Nice running for Debbie Maier as well.
