Yep, he would easily have bit 6.69 with a decent start. His PB is (I think) still 6.66, which he hit at Talinn a year ago when he set the current WR. (Unless he's improved that since then.)
Did you notice how many of them had terrible starts? About 3 or 4 of them were reacting to each other, not the gun - Krauchanka had a .377 RT or something crazy bad. He's in lane 7, and looks like he was totally asleep. I wonder if the noise there was bad.
Eaton's also been LJing phenomenally well lately, so this new PB is a nice sign that he's rounding into form. His SP has been improving lately too, and I heard he's just becoming comfortable moving up to a bigger pole in the PV.
He will break Sebrle's record within the next 4 years. Trey is looking sharp too, aside from throwing... It's amazing to think that Clay might be shooting for bronze this summer.
