There's no air in the LunarGlides, and there is a plastic plate in the heel for some added support. The feel will be quite a bit more plush than the Inspires, but the fit is also quite a bit different. The fore-foot is not as flexible and the heel isn't as stiff. Also the Lunar glide had groung contact across the entire sole of the shoe so it has a plush ride. Also, the the heel is quite a bit roomier. In reality, the LunarGlide is likely made for you at your weight. If you were closer to the 150 range, the LunarElite would probably be a better fit.
I think you'll also notice that the LunarGlides will be quite a bit more durable than the Inspires.
If you are a heel striker with an average heel width, I'd recommend the LunarGlide. I prefer the Inspire, but I'm a mid-foot striker and have a narrow heel.
