I'd say something like the Adidas Tempo.
It depends on what kind of injuries you are getting. I was often injured. It didn't matter what shoe I ran in, I would eventually have joint pain in my ankles, knees, or hips. Oddly, it was the return of the low profile, barefoot, type of shoe that alleviated all of my pains. The Nike Free run has a nice arch, good if you suffer from plantar fasciitis. The Saucony Kinvara is a favorite of mine, and some of my runners. New Balance also has a few great models if you're looking for a true barefoot feel. I've never been one to jump on any bandwagon, but back in the late seventies/early eighties, all we ran in were racing flat types of shoes. It's nice to see the low profile models making a return. You may need to look at the types of running surfaces you train on if you want to go with a lightweight shoe.
Good luck!
I used to run in asics, I got a lot of minor injuries plus they're just too clunky. Got tendonitis very quickly from the Nike pegasus.
I switched to the Saucony Kinvaras and they worked brilliantly, until I moved to a place where I could only run on roads. Now I have a stress fracture in my femur.
If you've got a stress fracture in your femur, you're doing something wrong.
I've heard that bearfoot running can be good. Try running in your bear feet.

Yes I realize that, hence the needing a change in footwear among other things.

Best suggestion, those look like what I need. Comfy asics with a tiny bit of stability but luckily very lightweight.
brooks launch if you want neutral
Saucony progrid tangent

You minimalist/barefoot guys are funny. When people wearing traditional shoes get injure´d, it´s because of the shoe but when minimalist/barefoot runners get injured it´s because they´re doing something wrong.
The Asics 33 line should be out soon, sounds like that might be what you are looking for. Maybe even the Brooks Launch?
shoe company troll.

I think these are discontinued. I love these shoes so i hope i am wrong.
NB 890's are really sweet. Light weight, great flex, more support than a minimalist shoe.
Kinvaras

I have these and they've been great! Just light enough... just supportive enough!
