So I was on a D1 track team in college, but that was 6 years ago...I have finally "used-up" all the free shoes I got, and thus, need to purchase my first set of shoes in almost a decade...
I took up weight lifting after college and have gained about 50 lbs of lean-ish mass, bringing me to 205. The shoes will be mainly used for for twice weekly 3 mile runs and random track sessions or dead lift workouts.
Anyone have suggestions for make/model of shoes?
I'm also in grad school (MBA) and would rather not spend $120 or something...
