I am planning on running my first marathon at Philly in two weeks. I have worn the Brooks T6s with zero complaints in all distances up to the half marathon. I've heard this shoe may not be enough for the full. I am 5'6, 120 lbs, and plan to run 2:43ish if all goes well.
Will this shoe hold up?? What's the worst that will happen if it proves to be "not enough shoe"? If I can't wear them, I think I am too close to my race to try anything new and will have to run in my slower Ghost trainers.
I've run many halfs and a couple 25k's in them. I'm also much bigger than you (5'10 165) and have never had a problem, I would go for it.

I'm 5'4", 124 lbs. Usually run around 3:15, have run 9 marathons in the T4, T5, and T6 shoes and they work for me so far.
It would be best if you had done a few long runs of 18-20 miles in them. But a buddy of mine decided to try a pair for Chicago and only ran in them once before the race, he was fine with them, ran ~2:50. He is ~6' (not sure of weight).
I always get a fresh pair before each race, run maybe 5-8 miles in them prior to the race, and then afterwards use those for training runs leading up to the next race.
Have you worn your T6s for any long runs or any marathon paced workouts? If yes, then you should be fine for the marathon. If not, then you have two options... Wear your ghosts - heavier, but proven; or possibly try a pair of Launch - a perfect middle ground between the T6 and the ghost. Ok, in reality, they are probably closer to the ghost, but so what? They are lighter and more flexible.
I wore T6's for my most recent marathon and the result was a PR on a windy day (loop course, not Boston).
The shoe held up fine and I'll use them again anytime I run a marathon. I was a little nervous too, so I made one small change. I took the insole out of the T6 and added the insole from a trainer (Glycerin I think). The insole from your Ghost should work perfectly - slightly more cushioning and a tiny bit more arch support without any noticeable weight change.

I ran 16 today with 6 at marathon pace in the T6s and I didn't have any issues. I *think* this means I should be able to get through the marathon? I did put in the ghost inserts and it made them feel even more comfortable.

Philly is where I set the PR that I broke this spring. It's a good course and (despite the occasional issue) is a pretty well run event. Biggest hills are between 8-10. There are 3 180's, but they took lemon hill back out.
