I was looking for people's feedback on the Musha 3. I just purchased a pair mainly for racing, but I am considering making it my primary trainer. It seems like a great compromise between a "true" minimalist shoe and a "normal" training shoe. Does anyone have experience using the musha as a daily trainer?
Also, I find it really easy to run on my midfoot with this shoe. I have seen on runningwarehouse.com that it has a fairly standard 9mm heel-toe drop. Can anyone confirm if this is accurate?
