I'd like a recommendation for a running shoe. I'm not too good, but I like running and I'd like a good shoe so I don't get injured. I'm going into my sophomore year of high school. Here's some info about me:
My previous shoe was the New Balance 1226
Shoe Size: 10.5 Wide
Height/Weight: 5'11"/140
Flat Foot
No Orthotics
Typical Running Week M/T/W/T/F/S/S:
6 mile LR / 2 Mile PPM, 2 Mile Cooldown / 5 Mile CT / 2 Mile PPM, 2 Mile Cooldown / 5 Mile CT / 5k Race / 6 Mile LR
This comes down to about 35 miles a week. Average of about 7 Minutes/Mile.
Is there any more info I should give? What are some of the running shoes I should try?
