i am a 5k/10k runner for my university, and i am currently in the base phase for the upcoming cross season. i run about 70 miles per week, mostly in singles, with steady run paces from 6-6:50 per mile, and "run to the barn" days somewhat faster.
anyway, i was wondering what you guys think of me possibly training in my kinvaras every day? i used to only use them for speed days, but i have been having achilles problems, and they are the only shoes that don't hurt my achilles. i am just worried they might be too little shoe for the amount of mileage and intensity i do... and i am a heel-striking, flat-footed, pronator, so my form is not flawless. though i don't think it is that bad.
