26 C - not very impressive.
Well it has not been a harsh summer here in NE VT so I have to go with 86 with a dew point around 65. I realize many posters have been waking up to that. Most of the time it has been below 75 when I have run this summer.
110* HI 'easy' 12 miler. Took 5 water stops which wasn't enough. Started at the usual 6:30-7:00 pace and clocked the last 2 miles at 7:30-8:00 pace. Since it was easy I didn't die but I definitely felt the effects of dehydration at the end of the run.
96 I believe, 72 dew point and 60's in humidity. If that sounds wrong it could be I am not 100 percent on anything other than the temp. 7 miles shoes were soaked with sweat afterward gross!!
I did a run with a temp of 92F and a dewpoint of 79F. We don't get that kind of weather very often and I really struggled.
I ran when it was 108F, not sure about humidity. Did a track workout (R pace repeat), total 3 miles at mile pace, 7 miles including Warm up (maybe not needed) and cool down (need more of that).
Felt OK during the run, but my legs were trashed the next day.
Ran a late afternoon 16-miler in what was reported as a 113 heat index. Knocked it out in 1:34 with no water stops. It was an oddly decent run considering a I HATE getting out in the heat and humidity.
115 heat index in Nashville Tuesday, I did some track work.. not any fun at all.
114 heat index on black mondo track
Weather ford, TX
I did 6 miles, no water stops in a heat index of 112-113 the other day. Not sure what the dew point or humidity levels, but I would say it was humid without being just absurd. I was definitely dehydrated by the finish though.

Crud.
Did an afternoon 8 miler on Monday at 96 F with 79 dew point for a heat index of 114. The next morning I got up and did my morning 8 miler at 6am and the temperature was 84 with a dew point of 80 for a heat index of 97. That run hurt worse than the 114 run, probably because I was dehydrated from sleeping and was expecting decent weather because it was early.
107 heat index outside, inside on my treadmill where I was a perfect 68. Running outside in the soul crushing heat does not make you tough it just makes you do crappy runs that could have been quality. Just my opinion.
One needs to train the body AND the mind. Run in the heat.

and running on a treadmill doesn't do much for you when you finally decide to run a road race. just my opinion. nobody said you have to run in the "soul-crushing" heat. i run around 8 pm when temps are reasonable but sometimes due to my schedule i have to run in late afternoon. hottest i ran in was 110 F last week but i ran some of it at a shaded park so that made it a little better

And while you're at it, wear a long sleeved black shirt and tights. What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger. Well, stronger AFTER the near death experience.
May not translate to running, but makes me feel a little better about slogging through runs in dew points >75 here in deep south: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20724560
