Hey all,
So the 10k race I have been training for is coming up soon, and seeing as it is now summer, I think I am going to need a way to hydrate without stopping during the race. What better way to do this than a fuel belt (or a handheld water bottle, I guess)! I was wondering if any of you had suggestions for which belt/bottle is best to use while racing. I really am pretty clueless about this whole category of running gear, so any help is appreciated!
