What shoes are you currently wearing ?
i wore the nike luna trainers for a while but they are beat up as hell and are falling apart. And i want a lighter shoe.
if you liked lunartrainer, try lunarfly. way lighter and cheaper, too.
kinvara has a much lower heel to toe drop. not that that's a bad thing necessarily, but just be aware it can be a bit of an adjustment for your achilles. fits a bit wider
Brooks launch are pretty sweet, i think, very under-rated (and under bought) shoe.
I used to train in asic gel nimbus 12s, but had to stop as they were just to bulky for me. Then I used my Adizero Aegis which I used as a racing flat, now I am in the New Balance 890s which are also a great light weight trainer.I felt the Adidas were good in terms of being light but they were lacking the responsiveness I wanted so I made a swith to the New Balance 890s. As for the new balances they weigh around 9.5 oz yet still have good cushioning. But I know people who wear the Kinvaras and love them. They say they fit great to their foot and promote more midfoot/forefoot striking.
