Since I'm anticipating not being able to see most of it on this pathetic coverage.. can somebody that has access give updates please?

Good call. Coverage just cut out, because apparently, the whole 14 minutes or so it takes to run a championship 5000m is just too much.
Anyone care to provide updates? Thanks in advance!
Most people who buy cars and cell phones and cookies don't want to watch 13 laps.

First white guy?
The hot conditions I think helped Chelanga. Turned it into an event where no one felt crisp. He is the best XC strength runner of the bunch.
What happened to Heath?
I have no access -- someone please fill me in on Ciaran's DNF? Now basically Florida wins the title if they don't drop the baton too often in the 4x4.
After Ciaran ran 32+ in the 10K, people said he was saving it for the 5K. Makes sense. So is he sick/hurt? Was he in the race and then dropped late or did something else happen?
Thanks for any updates -- was really hoping he could score 5 to make the 4x4 really exciting.

Yeah, basically, unless they finish 6th and A&M wins. ;)
