To say one is better then the other is absurd. It depends on the event, the runners physiological makeup and what he/she can handle. Plus, training can only take a runner so far. To make an impact at the olympics takes the right attitude because how much really seperates the gold medalist and the guy who get 5th? What do u guys think?
