Hi,
I am wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a good running shoe for suppinators? I have had Peroneal Tendonitis over the years, and actually severed one of the two tendons in my right foot, so consequently, I need to really keep this ankle from rotating out. (Having one out of the two tendons makes for a very unstable foot in the wrong shoes)
I have had a difficult time finding good information on supination, there seems to be TONS of shoes for pronation (ankles turned in) but not for people with high arches, and ankles that turn out.
I have found that a sturdy trail shoe works okay, but is not that comfortable. ...the soles need to be strong, dense and not squishy, and not easily worn down on the outer sides of the shoes.
Any thoughts? I appreciate your input. Thanks,
Wendy
